Thread Rolling Dies Specification
(1) The material of thread rolling die you need;
(2) The type of thread rolling die; machine screw, self tapping screw, wood screw, drywall screw, chipboard screw , duck screw and so on;
(3) The fact thread length of screw that you use our thread rolling die to produce;
(4) The blank diameter;
(5) The section size or plates size: Length*Height*thickness(for example, 90/105x25x25mm);
(6) The special specification out of standard is also available, but necessarily with a drawing for reference.
1.These Tools are firstly cleaned by oil.
2.Then anti rust oil is applied to prevent any kind of rust.
3.Afterwards it is wrapped in a PVC Sheet.
4.Then final packaging is done in the Corrugated boxes or Wooden Boxes.

with exact tolerances shown on the drawing,and every dimension of every part has been carefully checked both in the production line and QC check before packing and shipping.
